Description:
Manage under limited supervision the following:
- Provide technical support to end-users (<100 users) in Singapore, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate and follow up with the IT team at headquarters in Brazil to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Work closely with external vendors to support and implement IT and security solutions.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networks, security, telecommunication and recording system.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation and update of IT policies and procedures to address new threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a key member of the Data Protection Officer team, ensuring that data handling practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and budget for upcoming IT projects, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Lead the purchase requisition process for the acquisition of IT assets.
- Create and present project-related reports and statuses to management on routine basis.
- Any IT related ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in diversified ICT support activities in international organization.
- Preferably with Network certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar.
- Preferably with role-based technical certification such as Azure Administrator Associate or similar.
- Preferably with technical certification such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate etc.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing servers, routing and switching, firewall and VPN, conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
- Good understanding of IT security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and highly organized.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects independently, prioritize tasks and make critical decisions.
- Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
