- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 6 pm, Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake Video Production and Webinar/Streaming responsibilities for instructional and promotional videos, Training/Empowering the use of video aids and software and Technical Support
- Perform the role of Producer to provide consultancy and to work with stakeholders in Dean’s Office departments to produce effectively-edited videos (procedural, promotional, instructional)
- Conduct OJT training, develop user guides and provide consultation services and accessibility to digital guides/resources/tools in order to empower users to be proficient users of digital video aids and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Webcast scheduling of webcast recordings
- Provide quality control check of submitted videos for onward sharing and/or publishing
- Participate in organisation-wide activities to support overall movements in the organization
Job Requirements:
- Specialized Degree in Film Making/Video Production/ Media Production/Visual Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Ability to produce quality work with high creativity, consistency and attention to detail.
- Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in Business Process Re-engineering and Service Improvement concepts and practices
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the use of Microsoft Office and Power Apps
- Technically well-versed with the full spectrum of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
- Great flair for storytelling, a good grasp of rhythm and pace, and an eye for aesthetics for post-production.
- Mastery of Adobe CC software (emphasizing Premiere Pro for editing, familiarity with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
