Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development and management.
- Proven track record in managing successful software application projects.
- Strong background in software education and development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
