Job Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly and adhoc payroll processing
- Ensure all monthly and adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A.
- Responsible for HR activities for which include assisting in recruitment, orientation, accommodation, staff welfare.
- Updating HR Database, annual appraisals, issuance of salary, exit interview, exit clearance and repatriation, calculation of wages, overtime expenses accounts, verify of commission computation, annual leave, sick records etc.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims, Child Care Leaves, Maternity Leaves etc.
- Ensure all processed payments are in compliance with company policies
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy in payroll and other payroll related reports.
- Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorizations for internal and external audits
- Application and renewal of all types of work pass application (EP/S Pass/WP)
- Insurance and Medical administration for eligible staff
- Preparation of Recruitment and Training assignments given
- Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Able to multi-task and is meticulous.
- Experience with BIPO Payroll function is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
