IT Security Engineer | Up to $5k | 5 Days | L2 Support | Tai Seng
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)
Salary: $3800 - $5000
Working Location: Kim Chuan Dr [Nearest MRT: Tai Seng]
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate system, application and infrastructure security risks to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Create security policies and procedures to protect systems and data from cyber- attacks and security breaches.
- ISO27001 implementation/certification
- Develop and implement security solutions, such as firewalls, detection system intrusion, and data encryption, to protect systems and data from cyber threats.
- Conduct penetration tests and security audits to test system and application security and ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Provide security training and education to employees and end users to increase awareness and understanding of cyber threats and security practices.
- Handle security incidents and conduct investigations to identify and fix security breaches.
- Monitor and analyse security activities to detect cyber threats and take appropriate action to protect systems and data.
- Maintain regular updates and maintenance on security software and systems security to ensure optimal security.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Min. 2 years working experience as IT Security relevant role
- Experience with ISO 27001 implementation
- Experience with penetration tools
- Able to do patching/update database and servers
- Familiar with azure/AWS/ Linux/ Windows environment
