Job Description
• Work with beneficiaries on donor stewardship materials and events.
• Evaluate beneficiary data and liaise with relevant administrators to prepare donor stewardship materials.
• Prepare and coordinate correspondences for donor and gift stewardship.
• Work with external stakeholders on special projects, custom gifts and donor wall updates.
• Support the fundraising team in their efforts to effectively cultivate and steward donors through the Moves Management process.
Event Management
• Provide support and assist with the coordination of donor appreciation and engagement events.
Administrative
• Maintain and generate list of beneficiaries.
• Maintain administrative systems including filing and data entry.
• Provide administrative support in other assigned areas for the team.
• Other duties as may be assigned
Specific Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Excel and Word.
- Preferred competency in creative software such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility.
