We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our growth by onboarding healthcare professionals and establishing corporate partnerships.


Job Overview:

As an Account Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and corporate partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving the adoption of ConnectDr among healthcare providers and organisations.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Healthcare Providers:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialists to ConnectDr.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the benefits and features of our app.
  • Address any questions or concerns from healthcare providers and ensure a smooth integration process.


Corporate Partnerships:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with corporate clients, including healthcare organisations, insurance companies, and other potential partners.
  • Present our telemedicine solution to corporate decision-makers and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and growth.


Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the telemedicine and healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for reaching healthcare providers and corporate clients.


Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve processes and achieve targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, healthtech, pharma or telemedicine sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the needs and challenges faced by GPs, Specialists, and corporate healthcare partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior relevant experience in the same field, but with a positive and “can do” attitude are welcome to apply
