Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management:
- Support the management's commercial vehicle distributors, including sales targets, vehicle delivery, marketing, and homologation.
- Assist in appointing distributors/dealers and maintaining relationships with customers and local authorities.
Sales Administration:
- Aid in business administration, billing, and credit control.
- Prepare sales invoices and issue payment vouchers to the Finance Team.
- Manage overdue payments and recover outstanding debts.
- Monitor receivables and address payment inquiries.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and assist Finance with data updates for month-end closing.
Event Support:
- Assist in launch events, the bi-annual LTA Congress, and various EV exhibitions and trade fairs.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Project Managements within the automotive industry would be an added advantaged.
