Job Descriptions:
- Manage account transactions and coordinate fund payments.
- Oversee fund management, including analysis, monitoring, forecasting, and adjustments.
- Maintain responsibility for updating financial reports and data analysis.
- Perform transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payment settlements.
- Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including public holidays
- Fluent in both Chinese and English for effective communication with global colleagues and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of payments, including Credit Card, Bank, APM, and Cryptocurrency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with a creative and effective problem-solving approach
- Capable of working independently while collaborating within a dynamic, agile team
