Job Summary
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated area. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and profitable functioning of each restaurant by implementing company policies, providing leadership to restaurant managers, and driving exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the regional operations team to achieve organizational objectives and maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and guiding outlet mangers & staff including training and performance evaluations.
- Analysing outlet metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining adherence to company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Setting sales targets, standards & objectives.
- Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets
- Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues.
- Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes
- Manage day-to-day operations within the organization.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven Quick Service Restaurant management experience with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling multiple outlets.
- Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
- Diploma in F&B or Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
