Statutory Audit, Consolidation & Reporting
· Group: To support Senior Finance Manager in preparing annual consolidation financial statements and related activities including management of planning and reporting, administration of timeline and compliance, resolution of audit matters and supervision of the Group audit process.
· Company: To manage the audit exercise including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements, resolution of audit matters
· Member Companies: To assist Senior Finance Manager in supporting the resolution of audit matters for member companies
Financial Accounting
· To administer the Group Finance policies database (review and update)
· To provide advisory support to member companies on accounting treatments and compliance to accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS)
Management Accounting, Planning and Reporting
· To communicate and coordinate with HUB (Central Shared Services) in maintaining the Company accounting records and manage its monthly financial closing.
· To assume the FPA (Financial Planning Analyst) role for the Company and support its stakeholders on financial analysis and requirements
· To prepare the Company annual Budget and Forecast
· To support the computation of Group/Country fee management to member companies and the related administration work
· To help in the maintenance of the Group’s management accounting structures, including the management of the Group chart of accounts, profit and cost centers set-up/administration, user authorization/security access etc. in the Group Management Reporting system (SAP BPC)
· To prepare and submit statutory filings including quarterly GST filing, annual tax return and other regulatory requirements for the Company
Group Projects
· To participate and assist in Group’s driven projects
· To assist in information and requirements gathering, financial analysis & simulations, performing UAT and other allocated tasks.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting and a Chartered Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in a large reputable accounting firm with experience in statutory group consolidation and knowledge of IFRS/SFRS
· Working experience in a corporate environment with participation in statutory group consolidation would be an added advantage
· Working knowledge in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) would be desirable
· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications
