Resident Architects Required.
Location : AMK / Yio Chu Kang Area
5.5 days week
Job Description
- Attend all coordination meetings and maintain records of meetings
- Review and check the contractor's architectural drawings in tandem with C&S and Coordinated combined services model drawings to ensure that all the irregularities are highlighted and resolved
- Review the contractor's architectural material approval submission for compliance with authority's requirements
Requirement
- Min 4 years working experienced as Resident Architect for supervision of construction project
- Degree in Architectural. Must be recognised by Board of Architects (BOA)
Salary are based on Experience. Qualified AR are also welcome to apply.
