- Coordinates, monitors and performs preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance and repairs.
- Manages employees Who perform maintenance work.
- Schedules all maintenance and inspections.
- Coordinates and manages the operational activities, programs, functions, services, and budget for facilities
- Documentation for repair request completion to include time requirements, repair/parts costs, and notification of completion to reporting parties.
- Complies with all Standard Operating Procedures
