HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring process. We are looking for talent who are excited to be a part of a market-leading lifestyle F&B group.

  • Handle full Recruitment process.
  • Consult hiring managers to understand the business need and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Liaise and work closely with hiring manager on recruitment needs.
  • Identify and source current vacant positions.
  • Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to fill the vacancies with high quality candidates.
  • These channels include media recruitment, internal recruiting, internal employee referral, internships, job fairs, etc.
  • Manage the recruiting life cycle and all related documentation for vacant positions which include sourcing, screening, interview, assessing, reference checking, offering of employment and onboarding process.
  • Track and report the status and success of recruiting initiatives to include search progress, candidate pipeline and candidate sourcing outcomes.
  • Identifies opportunities to cost-effectively simplify, standardize and automate the recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Provides HR support to the team where necessary.
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the company, such as participation in organizing recreation activities and other HR functions/ projects.


Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • HRM Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance records.
  • Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and manage HR correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years’ hand on proven experience in a recruitment position.
  • A background working with companies in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of prevailing local employment legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels.
  • Adaptable, agile, and able to multi-task.
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
  • Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Can-Do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
