Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing a team of engineers and developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or services.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers and developers to achieve project goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote professional development.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, resolve technical challenges, and ensure that solutions are aligned with project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless integration of technical components. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for software development, testing, and deployment. Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of products or services. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and oversee the release management process.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and technology stacks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing priorities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
