ServiceNow Developer - 1 year Contract - Singapore
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years of experience to support the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ServiceNow applications, including integration with external systems.
- Enhance and maintain the Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to ensure a user-friendly interface.
- Manage update sets to migrate customizations between different ServiceNow environments.
- Provide troubleshooting and advanced administrative support, including bug fixes and root cause analysis.
- Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for ServiceNow and its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Generate reports using the ServiceNow reporting engine, including metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow applications development.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, integration technologies, and protocols like SSO, REST, and Web Services.
- Experience managing update sets and migrating customizations across ServiceNow instances.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience creating detailed reports, metrics, and SLAs using ServiceNow’s reporting tools.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies is a plus
