Assist Condominium Manager in daily operational works:
·Inspect buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to ensure the property is well maintained.
·Solicit and analyze quotations from contractors for repairs, renovation, and maintenance work.
·Prepare and evaluated contract tender documents for timely contract renewals.
·Assist to liaise with term contractors to ensure timely, appropriate and adequate execution.
·Assist in all projects, from scheduling, supervision as well as defects handling and closure.
·Submit timely reports, collation, filing, scrutinizing findings, and drive follow-up actions.
·Assist to check compliance with technical requirements for facilities, systems, and equipment.
·Provide reports to the Condo Manager on all status in the estate.
·Analyse service reports for all term services, and ensure everything is in order.
·Familar with paperwork like incidence reports, a summary of quotations, minuting of meetings.
.Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) will be an added advantage.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
