Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to electronic and communication systems for maritime and oil & gas applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and compliance records.
- Provide training and support to clients on the implementation and operation of electronic and communication systems post-project completion.
- Evaluate project outcomes to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Communications, Marine, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the electronics or maritime sectors.
- Strong understanding of electronic and communication systems, along with proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
