Job Description:
- Assist in site supervision and management to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage the daily operation of project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination.
- Prepare and organize project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
- Collect, review, and track project progress and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Support project managers in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the project team to support project success.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry, ideally in diaphragm wall/foundation projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in construction.
