Overview

  • Minimum 5 years of office admin experience.
  • Experience working in hands-on office support functions.
  • Proactive, adaptable and flexible with a good work attitude.
  • The role is a newly created position that reports to the Directors.

Job Description:

Reporting to the directors, the candidate shall:

  • Lead a team of technicians and service engineers to achieve company excellence.
  • Build customer satisfaction through inquiries, feedback and process refinement.
  • Ensure proper recording of the company’s assets and inventories to reduce wastage.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to improve the working environment.
  • Maintain and update employee guides and administrative matters to ensure adherence to rules.
  • Oversee daily company matters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks delegated by the directors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in administrative and managerial roles
  • At least 5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to details
  • Strong leadership skills to lead the team by example
  • Excellent communication with a customer-focused approach.
