We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion marketing for the Singapore and United Kingdom markets while contributing to the growth of our online presence.
RESPONSIBILITY
Content Creation:
- Research on topics and create content briefs for both EDMs, blogs and social media postings. Weekly brainstorm deck with relevant topics and ideas to be shared with supervisor(s).
- Create a weekly brainstorming deck filled with relevant topics and ideas for all marketing platforms.
- Assist in kickstarting skeletons for any upcoming brand activations for either digital or physical marketing efforts.
- Be on top of the latest social media trends for both Singapore and United Kingdom and to propose relevant ideas into the content calendar.
- Assist in filming and editing of content based on the marketing calendar.
Customer Service:
- Foster relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media/e-marketplaces platforms, email and WhatsApp promptly.
- Update the monthly customer service report promptly per the communication with the customers for all exchanges and returns.
- Create a feedback deck monthly on the different trends of customers enquiries.
Community Engagement:
- Assist the marketing team to organise and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Propose relevant and popular engagement plans to assist in sales monthly.
Other Ad-hoc Duties:
- Be part of the rotation to pick and pack customers’ orders on a weekly basis.
- Assist in the set-up of event pop-ups and offline brand activation.
- Sourcing of props, creative materials and accessories for display.
- Participate and promote our products during events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and media events.
- Support in various administrative tasks as required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on all marketing projects.
- Assist Marketing team to manage online store operations and ideate, coordinate & execute LIVE operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and product development to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENT
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- A team-player with a proactive attitude, meticulous work ethic, and efficient time management skills.
- Passionate about digital marketing with the ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Basic copywriting and design skills are desirable.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical skills in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
