As part of the Plans team, you will be working closely with the Operations and Programming teams as well as the wider NTUC ecosystem to raise awareness and vibrancy of the Migrant Workers Recreation Centres (RCs).
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Director of MWRC and Head of Plans to prepare proposals and reports for management approvals
· Perform secretariat duties such as minutes writing and arranging for meetings
· Actively participate in all discussions on how to develop and enhance the RCs landscape to attract more migrant workers to visit
· Propose and deliver simple marketing collaterals as and when required for publicity of social and recreational activities at the RCs
· Analyse the CVP of existing programmes through participants’ feedback, footfall etc proposing adjustment to optimise resource use
Requirements:
· Degree in business management/marketing/other relevant discipline
· Min 3 years of work experience in community services, marketing, secretariat support, corporate planning roles
· Experience working with government is a plus
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Advanced MS office competency – proficient in Words, PowerPoint, Excel
· Familiar with SharePoint, Miro, calendar scheduling etc.
· Data analysis skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Knowledgeable in various marketing platforms is a plus
· Willing to work in a fluid environment
· Occasionally be required to attend events at the MWRCs that usually happen on weekends/public holidays
