Job Description
- Execute lesson plan according to Club's teaching syllabus
- Periodically update and improve Club's Learn-to-Swim (LTS) teaching syllabus
- Supervise and monitor the swimmers his/her charge
- Conduct LTS assessment on a termly basis and provide feedback on swimmers performance
- Impart values of good sportsmanship, cooperation and friendship
- Assist in planning and execution of swimming meets and activities
- Render assistance to parents/member's queries at the pool deck
- Assist in all swimming events/camps
- Any other duties or jobs that may be assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of coaching experience in LTS teaching
- National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Level 1, AustSwim (Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety) or equivalent
- Trainee coaches are also welcome to apply
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-AED certification
- Possess good communication skill and able to interact well with children
- Positive work attitude and willing team player
- Passionate about swimming and imparting life skills to children
- Must be able to work on training shift hours (weekends & Public Holidays)
