Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.
- Prepare tables before service and ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
