Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising warehouse personnel to ensure services meet customer requirements.
Coordinate daily activities and workforce planning to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Inventory Management:Ensure inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, and capacity planning.
Oversee the timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
Perform inventory reconciliation and address stock discrepancies.
Warehouse Operations:Manage warehouse space and ensure proper handling of machinery and equipment.
Lead and implement warehouse management systems and other work improvement projects.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and execute operational strategies.
General Duties:Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least “O”/ “N” level or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
High degree of adaptability to evolving conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
