Job Scope:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of interim office at Eunos and oversee the upcoming new FFLC premise’s operation in HSS.
- To work independently and as part of a team to execute endorsed FFLC suite of programmes and services such as evidence-based/informed Marriage and Parenting programmes such as Triple P Level 2,3 & 4, Signposts, Purposeful Play, Topical Talks,e-PREP,etc.
- To work closely with Head to ensure quality service delivery to meet target key performance indicators.
- To ensure evaluations and feedbacks are regularly reviewed and highlighted during team meetings for achievement of service targets and continuous improvement of services.
- To upkeep administrative documentation needed by the programmes for monthly reporting and annual data verification process.
- As representatives, to uphold the values of and the profession through speech, behavior and the written word.
- To undertake research through focused group discussions, online surveys and evaluation forms collation and analysis to develop brand of FFLC programmes and services based on the needs of the service users within HSS region.
- To develop relevant broad-based parenting programmes such as topical talks to cater to the needs of the schools within specific clusters such as parent support groups on regular basis.
- To support and supervise the work of the SWAs/PCs in carrying out their respective duties, roles and responsibilities.
- To network and facilitate proper referrals and link up for service users who would need additional services to address family issues to ensure proper wrap-around care intervention and development of a nurturing care ecosystem within HSS region.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of FFLC & Group Director – Family Services
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in psychology/ social work/ any relevant field
- Min. 2-3 years experience in counsellor or social service sector
