We are looking for:
A Research Scientist，based in R&I laboratory in Singapore, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing surfactant formulations for the Chemical EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) market. The aim is to develop surfactant formulations with appropriate technical and economical performances to allow pilot and full field deployment, and to support industrialization and field tests.

- Design, conduct experiments and fulfill the project milestone within the timeline independently to deliver customer projects

- Literature survey to upgrade technical capabilities and understand competitor’s position
- Regional travels to customers, conferences and workshops (<10%)

You will bring:
- Master or PhD in physics, chemistry with major in physical-chemistry, or chemical engineering
- Knowledge in organic and analytical chemistry is a plus
- Working experience in surfactant synthesis or surfactant product's formulation
- Customer oriented - Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team: physicists, chemists, petrophysicists, reservoir engineers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
- Highly organized.
