Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test programs of Micron SSD products in high volume manufacturing to ensure Micron SSD products meet their specifications.
- Design new test programs for validation and testing of new SSD product/technology during start-up phase.
- Optimize test programs and test methodology to reduce product test times.
- Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts to improve efficiency.
- Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.
- Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency in order to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing teams to meet production output goals.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Masters in Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics Engineering discipline.
- Highly proficient in Python programming with completed relevant project works.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools.
- General understanding of the back end operations for component assembly, component test operations.
- Has agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic point of views.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
