Roles & Responsibilities :
- Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations across all retail channels, including stores.
Optimize outlet operations, including staffing, and inventory management, to enhance walk-in customers. Manage online merchandising, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Supply Chain & Logistics :Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food across all customers.
Oversee inventory management in physical stores.
Implement and manage logistics and fulfillment strategies, including warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery. - Customer Experience & Service : Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty both in outlet & Food delivery.
Implement and manage customer service standards and processes across all channels to ensure a high-quality experience.
Utilize customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements. - Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams across the outlet.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team.
Develop training programs to enhance team skills and ensure effective execution of operational strategies. - Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, including costs related to stores and supply chain.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to achieve financial goals.
Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. - Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all operations.
Identify and manage operational risks, including legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, including experience managing both online and offline channels at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and customer experience strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams across multiple channels & situations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
- Experience in Indian Food & Beverage sectors will be preferred.
