The Job:
Marketing & CRM
- Support the General Manager, Marketing & CRM and work closely with Brand Principal
- To be the data custodian for the brand, maintaining and monitoring the customer and prospect databases and behavior trends to ensure data quality, accuracy, and regular updating
- To promote the right data input practices and processes across the entire team
- Regular evaluation of customer touch points, CRM processes, database management cleansing, customer retention activities, aftersales lifestyle management
Customer Loyalty
- Devise and develop a compelling value proposition for customer retention by highlighting the aftersales services and benefits available at key touch points
- Set up automated communications based on customer segments and lifecycle touch points
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- At least 4 years of proven, strong and relevant experience as a Marketing or CRM Executive or similar role
