Responsibility
- Managing and submission of project documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records
- Coordinating logistics related to site access, equipment, and storage of materials
- Perform enter data entries, ad-hoc accounting duties and all other administration duties as and when required.
- Manage paperwork and correspondence.
- Maintain attendance and project related records.
- Assist Project Manager / Site Supervisor on site.
Requirement
- ‘O’ Level or SPM equivalant with 1 years of experience as admin or clerical.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and is meticulous.
- Willing to work in an on-site office environment within construction industry.
- Good communication skills.
