Business Development Specialist

Location: North (Woodlands)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), 9am to 6pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3800 MAX
- AWS
- Performance Bonus (up to 2 months)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and development of new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to expand the company’s business and accelerate sales growth
- Support and assist Business Builders and Sales Leaders in expanding existing markets as well as developing new markets
- Participate in the planning, coordination and the implementation of recruitment related activities e.g. rallies / seminars / Business Builder meetings / trainings / conventions / trade fairs / special meetings and other IBO-related activities/ Events.
- Traveling to outstation to organize events and assist in Business Builders’ activities
- Facilitate the communication with Business Builders on vital operational information as well as updating IBOs with new company developments
- Provide feedback from the field and submit market intelligence reports, proposed IBO related activities to the management in a consistent and timely manner.
- Provide information bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Undertake any other assignments or duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- At least a similar Diploma discipline in Marketing or Business
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in Direct Sellings
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to liaise with China counterparts
- Highly creative, resourceful and thinks out-of-thebox
- Exceptional organizational skills, thorough and has a keen eye for detail · Results driven and able to multi-task
- Good time management skills
- Passionate, driven, self-motivated
- Good team player who is
- Able to work independently
