Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients, including KYC checks, attending to auditors' requests
· Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, and other statutory bodies as required
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
· Able to support shareholders’ and directors’ meetings, including preparation of documentation
· Updating and maintenance of statutory/regulatory and corporate records
· Assist in relevant ad-hoc matters as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in providing corporate secretarial support and services
· Good communication and writing skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Knowledge of using CAS is advantageous
