Job Title: IT Technical Support Officer (Vehicle provided, drive home)
**Responsibilities:**
- **Installation & Maintenance:** Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service a wide range of security equipment, including:
- Physical Security Systems
- Intrusion Alarm Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Electronic Card Access Control Systems
- General Security Systems
- **Provide On-Site Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve issues at various sites to ensure smooth operation of security systems.
- **Reporting:** Provide timely feedback to management on challenges and issues encountered on the ground, contributing to continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/IT) or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Driving License:** Must have a valid Class 3 driving license. Vehicle, cash card, fuel will be provided.
- **Availability:** Able to help perform standby or extra duties when required, Good allowance provided (OT/Night Shift/Holidays).
