Job description


Job responsibilities:
• Deliver data centre and hybrid solutions and services.
• Provide trouble-shooting and technical support
• Provide trainings on using IT systems and applications.
• Maintaining and administering all LAN, WAN & SD-WAN and related cloud computing network infrastructure across all onsite and remote locations.
• Resolve IT project issues, review and control project activities.
• Resolving technical IT Infrastructure related problems for Storage systems, High Performance Computing, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Wide Area Network.
• Execution of routine system administration tasks, configurations, incorporation of patches, bug fixes and upgrades. Backup and Archive handling.
• Execute Ad-hoc task given by superior.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field/comparable qualification or vocational education with relevant professional experience.
• 2-year experience within the field of Information Technology, preferably hands-on experience in Network, Storage, Compute, Virtualization and Cloud.
• Experience in international working environment. Having worked in different countries is preferred.

Expertise: Knowledge in general system infrastructure technologies including Storage Area Network, backup and recovery, virtualization, infrastructure-related, cloud computing, automation and container technologies.

Competencies:
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a global team with different cultures
• Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,200.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
