· Supervise and make sure that production items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
· Monitor quality and quantity of raw material items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
· Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products
· Should involve in stock count and QC processes.
· Reduce production wastages.
· Responsible to prepare ingredients and adhering to the restaurant menu.
· Execute any adhoc duties as assigned
· Weekly check packing material and reorder accordingly.
· Supervise the received deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods
· Display good communication and human relation skills as per food service manager's directions
· Conduct administrative and Human Resources management functions with supervised staff.
· Offer advice, counsel and instruction to staff members.
· Stick to sanitation and safety program.
· Ensure proper labelling & storing of goods received
· Ensure accurate update of goods received and goods issued into system
· Should be flexible to work in shifts, split shits and in rotational weekly off.
· Capacity to work under pressure during the extremely busy period.
· Need to understand the customer requirements, as per order.
