mid-career: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the security systems market,

focusing on CCTV and door access solutions.

• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and direct clients.

• Understand client security needs and offer customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and trust.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Design and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s CCTV and door access products, highlighting their technical advantages and benefits.

4. Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in security technology and identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

5. Technical Knowledge and Application:
Stay informed about the latest advancements in CCTV, door access systems, and

related security technologies.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure the solutions provided meet client specifications and industry standards.

6. Sales Reporting:

• Track and report on sales performance, including customer acquisition, revenue generation, and sales pipeline management.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining sales performance and future strategies.

Skills & Competencies:
1. Technical Sales Expertise:
Strong understanding of CCTV and door access systems,

with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.

2. Market Research: Proficient in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the security systems industry.

3. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and convey complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.

4. Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

5. Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
