Responsibilities:
- Strategic and tactical capacity planning, including but not limited to Bare Wafer Stocker, Auto Unpacker Equipment, rework tool capacity etc, material (non-production wafers, FOUP, and FOSB) forecasting, and cost projection.
- Lead a team to achieve outstanding nonproduction wafer and FOUP inventory management performance and reliability
- Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough through collaboration with cross functional team, and external partners
- Partner with procurement, warehouse, and finance team in ensuring resource allocations for daily operations and BCP (Business continuity plan)
- Subject matter expert to Fab users to provide training, consultation, developing business process & SOP to meet operation and engineering requirement in all aspects of non-production wafer management.
- Lead a team to achieve outstanding Tool performance and reliability through predictive maintenance, BOM management, and collaboration with industry professionals
- Lead and engage the team in developing technical competency, and interpersonal skills
- Promote workplace safety and ensuring continuous improvement in day-to-day operations
- Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships
