Roles & Responsibilities
Description of the Role:
- Works with different departments in providing support in all Project related matters in ensuring compliance and in-charge of all Project matters
Key Tasks:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders including clients, supervisors, project staff and main office.
- Prepare project documents and reports submission.
- Prepare and coordinate with client on project worker site clearance documentation.
- Arrange site induction course for internal teams with client.
- Site coordinate with internal team, client and sub- contractor.
- General administrative related to project.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Other tasks and ad-hoc projects as and when needed.
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma holder.
Knowledge / Experience / Others
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas/ construction site.
Personal competencies
- Good team player.
- Able to perform multi-tasking.
