JOB SCOPES:
- · Bridging Programme Support: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the administrative transition of Bridging Programme students into the Uni. Partner with relevant offices to design and execute pastoral care initiatives for these students.
- · Student Support & Case Management: Collaborate with different departments and schools to identify and offer appropriate academic and non-academic support for scholars. Organize activities to enhance their academic and social integration.
- · University-Wide Integration Initiatives: Work with students, staff, and faculty to promote awareness and education on integrative practices. Develop and execute programs that emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusion.
- · Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports for submission to regulatory bodies and senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
· Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience which involves considerable interaction with youth.
