Position: Accounts Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Handle full set of account.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounts matters.
- Maintain all audit schedules such as fixed assets register, AR and AP aging, accrual and other payables, inventory movement, prepayment and other receivables etc.
- Keep proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
- Support other administration duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Professional Qualification with minimum 3 years of experience in full set of account.
- Well verse in Microsoft Words and Excel. Knowledge on Quick Book is preferred.
- Communication skill is essential.
- Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, good time management and meticulous for details.
- Able to start work within short notice period will be an advantage.
- Singaporean or PR ONLY.
Other Information:
- 5.5 working days per week.
- Salary: S$2400 to S$4000 (Based on Experience)
- Location: Tuas, Singapore
