- Position : Senior Finance Executive (Manufacturing/Construction) – Up to $6,000
- Location : Alexandra Road
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + 12 to 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise, Project P & L as per corporate guidelines
- To assist and perform the daily accounting and administrative duties such as putting up cheques for payments.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Responsible in administering and issuing invoices to the customers.
- To gather and handle all petty cash transactions and posting of all Accounts accurately by entering into the Computerized Systems.
- To attend to the External Auditors and to be involved and participate in the Annual Stocktaking
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

- To be a witness in taking the weights or data in the work process, whenever necessary.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong management skills and leadership qualities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates
