Job Responsibilities
- Effectively promote spa and beauty treatments to our guests to meet and when possible exceed targets for therapist utilization, repeat bookings, and treatments performed
- Up-sell treatments and retail to maximize spa sales
- Ensure all spa and beauty bookings are made in the most effective and productive manner, maximising treatment opportunities
- Carry out spa treatments and services to a high standard as set during training
- Actively maintain a good knowledge of all spa services and products, Attending spa training sessions and regular refreshment with manuals provided
- Ensure that all agreed targets regarding Key Performance Indicators are achieved
- Ensure all standard operating procedures as detailed in the manual are followed accordingly Follow all Health & Safety procedure and instructions accordingly and ensure a safe spa and hotel
- Seek direct feedback from customers at all times, reporting feedback to supervisors, providing the best possible customer service and support
- Display excellent customer service and awareness at all times
- Demonstrate an excellent, overall knowledge of spa products to advise our guests
- Help manage stock levels by following usage guideline set during training
Job Requirements
- Completion of GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours (set shifts) in line with opening hours of the spa.
- The desire to learn about the spa products and our company, coupled with a genuine interest in holistic skincare.
- Good communication skills and the warmth to easily build rapport.
- Commitment to working flexible rotating hours in line with the retail opening hours of the spa.
