Job Responsibilities
- Front desk duties
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, messages and email promptly and professionally
- Manage collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
- Handle students' enrolment, refund and discontinuation matters
- Schedule classes for teachers
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and concerns
- Maintain outlet stationery and pantry supplies
- Support daily centre operations

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Excellent people management and teamwork
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work on weekends
