Customer Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Front desk duties
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries, messages and email promptly and professionally
  • Manage collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
  • Handle students' enrolment, refund and discontinuation matters
  • Schedule classes for teachers
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintain outlet stationery and pantry supplies
  • Support daily centre operations

Qualification & Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Excellent people management and teamwork
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work on weekends
