Customer Service Executive
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Singpost Centre [Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar]
Salary: $3200 - 3800
Overview for the role:
This Role reports into the OCSM and will form the focal point for customer queries and supply chain operations. Maintenance of close relationship with both internal & external customers in all business activities of company including affiliated companies, associates, and partners. This involves responding to all enquiries in a timely manner, opening and closing of all files, perform costing for invoice preparations and be called upon to perform activities and work closely with other departmental functions to achieve the goals set by the company.
Job Duties:
- Handles all clients inquires, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders
- Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation in tandem to invoice generation
- Collaboration with all departments to better address clients needs, providing regular updates to higher management
- Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
- Support & involvement in continuous improvement programs with internal team to ensure control & processes to provide a high level of customer service & work efficiencies
- Upselling company products and identify new business opportunities through clients’ referrals
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in the Logistics / Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry is a plus
- With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
