Job Description & Requirements

• We are a Telecommunication company in Singapore.
• We provide Value Added Services to our customers who are Mobile Operators & OTTs in the Asia Pacific Region.
• We are growing rapidly and are looking for Finance / Accounting Manager in handling Singapore financial operations and managing a team of 3-4.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Manage daily accounting operations
3. Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.
4. Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
5. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain daily cash management
6. Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger account
7. Prepare management accounts
8. Prepare GST returns and submission
9. Handle general office administrative duties.
10. To assist in other ad hoc duties as & when assigned

Requirements:

1. Accounting related graduate with 2-3 years’ experience.
2. You have at least 3 year experience within full set accounts
3. Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4. Hands on experience with Quickbooks preferred
