Job Responsibilities:
- Create job posting on different social media platforms
- Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals and job fairs
- Guide the new members on the registration process in the platform system, job requirements as per client request, payment and benefits
- Job matching of candidates based on the staffing needs and work schedule for clients with our own automated system
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants about the responsibilities, groom standards, salary and benefits of the job
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points
