The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the learning centre. They are responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational tasks, as well as providing support to the management team and staff members. The Operations Executive must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the learning centre, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery of services.
  2. Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, registration, and maintenance of records.
  3. Coordinating with teachers, staff, and parents to address operational needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  5. Supporting ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the continuous improvement of the learning centre's operations.
  6. Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and resources.
  7. Designing new posts on Canva and managing social media platforms.
  8. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the learning centre and its services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations or administrative role, preferably in an educational or learning centre setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and software.
  • Ability to work on Weekends.
