- Assist in training, coaching, and role modeling for New Hires (provide positive and constructive feedback)
- Maintain par levels of wine, beer, liquor, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space
- Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service
- Up-sell/suggestively sell food and beverages by describing each item in an appealing way to increase check average and broaden guest experience
- Assure the needs of guests are continually being met courteously and professionally throughout their visit
- Maintain food and beverage control (i.e., liquor portion control, age verification); follow guidelines and practices outlined in TIPs training
- Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing and handling intoxicated guests
- Support FoH staff whenever and however necessary
