Position: Insurance Broking Executive / Assistant - Marine Insurance Department (Full Time)

Location: TripleOne Somerset Orchard

Position Overview:

As an Insurance Broking Administrative Assistant for our Marine Insurance Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Marine Insurance Department, on policies related documentation, claims and administrative support.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of insurance documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Other adhoc operational administrative support when necessary

Requirements:

  • Good Typing and Data Entry Skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Possess clear communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write standard Business English
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A good team player with great work attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other MS Office software an advantage
  • Experience providing Administrative Support is preferred.
